INTERVIEW MEETING MINUTES
NOVEMBER 7, 2011

Vice Chairman O’Brien opened the meeting at 6:15PM.
Selectmen Appointments
The Board interviewed Mr. Lawrence Kowalczyk for appointment to the Holden Historic District Commission. Mr. Kowalczyk said he did not want Holden Center to look like a strip mall and looked forward to volunteering for the Town. He said his wife currently serves on the HDC.
Motion by Sel. Lipka, seconded by Sel. Renzoni, it was UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPOINT MR. LAWRENCE KOWALCZYK THE HOLDEN HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION TO A TERM EXPIRING 12/31/12.
The Board recessed to the regular meeting at 6:25PM.
